  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Once an order is placed, there is a 12-hour time frame after your purchase where you can cancel or change your order. Please email support@wildasteraceae.com immediately so we can adjust your order. After the 12-hour time frame of your purchase, we could not issue refunds, cancellations, or change your order. Unfortunately, for custom designs such as embroidered names or images, there are no refunds/cancelations/change your order. After your custom design is purchased through our website, the design process has begun. If you have questions, comments, or concerns with your custom order, please email us at support@wildasteraceae.com.
  • What if I put in my wrong address?
    Please email support@wildasteraceae.com as soon as possible. If item already shipped a $5 dollar fee will be charged.
  • How will I know if Asteraceae received my order?
    Once you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. If you don’t receive an email, please email us at support@wildasteraceae.com .
  • What forms of Payment do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payments such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Any Damages?
    Please email support@wildasteraceae.com within 48 hours of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order.

  • How can I track my package?
    Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of the shipping carrier and a tracking code.
  • Received a tracking code but my order says label created, has my order shipped yet?
    Usually when label is created, it necessarily means that the carrier has not scanned your package yet. We send a tacking code after we drop off all orders to it carriers. Wait a few hours before the carrier scans your package.
  • What if my package is lost?
    Asteraceae is not responsible for items that are lost by the shipping carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible. Once we ship your order, the order is beyond our control with the shipping carrier. We can file a claim with the shipping carrier, once the claim is approved we can resend your order.
  • How much is USA shipping?
    All orders over $50 is Free shipping including USA territories. Any orders below $50 is $5.99.
  • Can I ship outside of the United States?
    Yes, we ship internationally. Any countries outside from the Shipping Information page please send us a message to get an approximate shipping quote! We are more than happy to make accommodations to our customers and be able to ship internationally!
  • How much is International Shipping?
    It depends on the country of your origin. All orders shipping internationally priced by weight. Please see our shipping information page for more for a detail Estimated Time of Arrival and Shipping rates table.
  • Will my package be subject to international customs/taxes charges?
    If you are an international recipient, please be aware that you may be subject to customs charges depending on the value of the package. Unfortunately, Astereaceae is not liable for any international customs/taxes on your country of origin when you receive your package. You are responsible for any unpaid taxes for your country. There is no way to avoid customs duties, customs officers will check all items entering the country and charges will be applied where necessary.
  • How to care my embroidery pieces?
    Cleaning Instructions: Please Wash cold and Dry in delicate. Iron all embroidery pieces with a towel over (NOT DIRECTLTY). If iron directly, it will leave an imprint on the piece. All Custom Hoodies use heavy embroidery.
  • What is the thread made of?
    All embroidery thread is made of 100 % polyester Floriani thread.
  • I accidentally pulled a thread, What do I do?
    Do not pull any further. Our recommendation is cut as close as possible to the fabric and use a lighter to burn/melt the excess thread to prevent any more entanglements.
