The Company has introduced the first and only machine learning platform that interprets medical records and assists underwriters and claim adjusters in their work. DigitalOwl’s portfolio of solutions builds the foundation for the company’s rapid growth and long-term success. The Head of Product and Market Development is responsible for meeting the current and emerging needs of Underwriting and Claim organizations, and others in the insurance ecosystem and adjacent industries, who utilize medical information at high volume to select and price risk and manage claims, by building and constantly evolving a high-impact portfolio of solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, the role provides strategic direction, leadership, and expertise in product-market fit and is responsible for creating and leading a small team of product development and subject matter experts, partnering closely with the Israel-based technology team. The incumbent assures the adoption of the Company’s products and services with a hands-on approach to market-testing and information-gathering from clients and prospects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes a product vision that maximizes the impact of DigitalOwl’s proprietary NLP model across the insurance industry, focusing on high growth through broad and deep adoption
  • Leads, defines, and communicates product strategy, partnering closely with the CTO and technology development team
  • Manages a highly efficient product lifecycle process from concept to build-out to launch with a bias toward speed-to-market
  • Recruits and leads an industry-leading product development team comprised of product managers and SME’s
  • Develops an innovative portfolio of product/service solutions from the core NLP offering that adapt to numerous use-cases across Underwriting and Claims
  • Increases revenue and profit opportunities by driving pricing practices and competitive positioning at the portfolio level as well as at the opportunity level, working closely with the SVP, Sales & Marketing
  • Develops a vast network of client contacts and other industry experts to provide DigitalOwl with regular input about market shifts, product enhancement ideas, and competitive intelligence
  • Contributes to the growth of DigitalOwl in North America as well as other established, English-speaking insurance markets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience developing and successfully delivering product and service solutions to the insurance industry, with a focus on technology-based solutions for Underwriting and/or Claims
  • 5+ years in a people leadership position with demonstrated success leading and mentoring professionals in the research, design, and development of new or enhanced products and services.Experience in Underwriting or Claims a plu.
  • Proven expertise in establishing product and market strategy with innovative, ground-breaking solutions that challenge industry norms and disrupt the status quo
  • Intense ability to listen, communicate, present, and influence key constituents, from large carriers and reinsurers to internal founders and senior management
  • Experience implementing product analytics to deeply understand feature usage and user preferences
  • Experience working across borders (cross-culturally) to design and deliver solutions to the N. American and/or UK market desirable
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and medical records is highly desirable




BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE


POSITION SUMMARY DigitalOwl offers an innovative solution for analyzing and summarizing medical records for the insurance industry. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and discovering new lead opportunities that could benefit from DigitalOwl’s innovative NLP technology. Essential Job Functions:

  • Works with sales management, field sales and marketing to provide pipeline development
  • Supports enterprise sales team with identifying new business opportunities
  • Qualifies, develops, and nurtures outbound sales leads and account contacts
  • Assists sales in follow-up of marketing campaigns
  • Conducts research on clients or prospects and provides data relevant to sales staff.
  • Performs outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Networks over the phone and at industry events
  • Possess the drive to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting and fast-paced organization

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 4-year degree in business, business management, marketing or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development/lead generation role
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and the desire to work in a team
  • Experience in lead generation in the insurance, analytics, or technology industry is preferred
  • Ability to exceed prospecting target quotas
  • Comfortable using a CRM system – preferably Salesforce.com
  • Comfortable using a sales engagement platform like SalesLoft and/or Outreach and similar sales tools
  • Extensive experience with cold calling and generating funnel for sales teams
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of leads
  • Excellent telephone manners/skills
  • Experience with B2B

STRATEGY DIRECTOR


POSITION SUMMARY DigitalOwl offers an innovative solution for analyzing and summarizing medical records for the insurance industry. The Company has introduced the first and only machine learning platform that interprets medical records and assists underwriters and claim adjusters in their work. Working with Senior Leadership, the Strategy Director creates feasible goals for the Company. The role obtains and evaluates industry and market trends, assesses competitive threats, and recommends business opportunities and expansion strategies. In particular, the Strategy Director will analyze the insurance and medical markets and evaluate the unit economics of the different operations. The Strategy Director works with senior leadership and key colleagues to form strategy and build plans to implement the strategy within the various operational units. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researches and analyzes relevant information related to industries, markets, operations, competitors, legal and compliance environment to support development and achievement of specific corporate goals.
  • Demonstrates integrative, creative thinking by pulling insights and perspectives from disparate sources, synthesizing ideas, and formulating actionable strategy.
  • Provides direction to senior leaders through the development of position papers and strategy proposals.

The Head of the Client Experience builds the foundation for DigitalOwl’s client success. The role provides strategic direction, leadership, and management of DigitalOwl’s client service experience and account teams to drive retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. The incumbent assures the adoption of the Company’s products and services, driving long term value aligned with clients’ focused outcomes. In this role, the incumbent manages the client experience at two levels: clients and users. Clients are the buying entity, typically an executive or set of executives with an insurance company. The users are the front-line staff (underwriters or claim adjusters) who use the DigitalOwl summary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes a vision and strategic plan, focusing on driving product adoption and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Defines and manages all aspects of the customer life cycle and supporting work streams (onboarding, training, account support, etc.).
  • Recruits and manages a world-class team.
  • Develops an innovative training strategy for end users such as gamified DigitalOwl certifications for completion of in-depth tutorials.
  • Increases renewal rates and reduces churn.
  • Expands revenue in accounts through new sales and up-sell opportunities.
  • Develops and delivers on agreed upon key performance metrics for the DigitalOwl client base.

MARKETING MANAGER

Backed by notable Venture Capital firms, DigitalOwl is growing rapidly and recruiting talent to support the marketing efforts of the organization for the sales and client management areas.

DigitalOwl anticipates having more than 50 employees in Israel and 10 employees in the US by mid-2022.

In this role, the Marketing Manager will work with our outsourced marketing partner to steer the internal efforts of DigitalOwl.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a versatile marketer who will function as the internal point of contact for our marketing efforts. This individual will track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, aggregating internal feedback from our sales and client management organization. We are a fast-paced organization; therefore, we need someone who is flexible and accountable to be hands-on in these efforts. You will play a significant role in helping us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Aggregate the feedback from DigitalOwl leadership to work with internal and outside vendor connections
  • Assist with Event Planning for client events and conferences across the United States
  • Develop and track KPIs for marketing efforts
  • Respond to any social interactions
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and online ads
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing creation and marketing program management.
