Multiple Packages
If there is multiple orders that contains the same shipping address, you'll see a follow-up from us just to make sure if you'll like all of your items/multiple orders received in one package. Because of rising shipping cost due to inflation and we want to make it a priority to have minimal packaging as possible to fit our Eco-friendly/Sustainability goal.
Restrictions
Asteraceae offers shipping to all US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces of America, Europe, & Pacific. It does not include Guam, American Samoa, Palau and the US Virgin Islands at the moment. Email Us for more information to make appropriate accommodations to ship to US territories.
Return-Insufficient Address
If your order was returned to us due to an insufficient shipping address, you can contact us through our email to update your address. We will then be able to resend your order to the correct address. Please note that an additional shipping fee may be charged for the re-delivery. In order to prevent this situation from happening again, please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
